will a ruger p97dc handle a +p or +p+ load

just curious to my question, i have a ruger p97dc, and i was wondering how you adjust the sights on it, there is a screw on the top sight but it will not move even with it all the way out, my gun is shooting to the left about 5"

if a ruger P97dc won't handle a +p+ load, I doubt if there is a .45 made by man that will.

Ruger states in their manual that their guns will safely fire any factory load that is made to SAMMI specs. That covers +P!!!!!
