Will a vertical forend for a Mossberg 500 fit on a 590?

I am looking for a vertical forend for a mossberg 590, and all I can find is one for a 500. Anybody have any ideas if they are interchangeable?

If you have any recommendations for a product, I would appreciate it.

Yes.

The only difference between the two that might have any bearing is the bayonet lug on the 590, so long as that is not in the way you will have no problems.
