Hey All,
So I think winchester has the best handgun ammo around. I like their Ranger series the best. Nevertheless, when compared to Federal etc I notice a few differences:
1.) Winchester has grit in the primer- this is most noticeable with their new supreme elite series. I know the bullets are tumbled, but this kind of makes me nervous.
2.) It seems like the primers themselves are sealed. Are they? They look a little discolored, and have some sealant material on the back. Has this ever been a problem for anyone?
Anyone have these similar gripes? I guess for the price of ammo, they should be at least cosmetically appealing. Thanks
