I have a Winchester Model 70 Black Shadow w/ Simmons 3-9x40 8-Point and was wondering if that stock would fit the rifle. The rifle is obviously post-64, but I'm not sure if it would qualify as a "Sporter/Featherweight". The package deal the rifle came in was called the "Winchester Model 70 PF Sporter Composite Combo".
Also, do you think the stock would make this already good rifle more accurate?
