Winchester Model 70 trigger adjustment??

Does anyone know of any internet articles concerning trigger jobs for a Winchester Model 70? I have purchased a 7mm Rem Mag from Wal-Mart and the trigger is HORRIBLE! It takes two men and a small boy to pull this trigger and that doesnt help the group size. I'm hoping this might be as easy to fix as the Remington Model 700 trigger. Any help would be apprecitated. Take the rifle out of the stock and look at the trigger. The adjustment procedure should be almost self explanitory.
