I just picked up a top eject model 94 that was manufactured in 1976, according to my serial number research.

I bought it with a side mount scope ring set and mount. I don't want a scope on it so I took the scope mount and rings off. The screws attaching the mount are now too long, of course.

There are three screws that mount the scope to the receiver. I've identified one screw, the largest of the three, the other two are giving me trouble. I've looked at all kinds of exploded diagrams and am still confused.

The one I've identified is the "Finger Lever Pin Stop Screw". It is the largest and most forward screw on the rifle. The other two are directly aft of this one and are both small and the same size.

Can someone help me with the correct name for these two small screws and the best source for replacements of the correct length?

That is the best exploded diagram I've seen to date. Thanks, it looks like they are 26 in that drawing, which makes them the sight plug screws!

Thanks a bunch for both of your help.
