Everything I've seen says commercial, and the nut isn't staked. From many of the reviews I've seen, those are the two negatives some people have mentioned. Personally, just put one on layaway. Waiting for a buddy to get back from a work trip to pay me for my Mini-14 so I can pick it up.

Commercial, and sadly that's a huge tip off that there are other areas where Windham didn't do the right thing. For the same money you could get a better AR like the PSA or Spikes.

The best thing about Windham is their story but as they say, "don't buy the story, buy the gun."
