Yep.
Just keep your chamber flutes clean. Those flutes divert barrel gas down the sides of the cartridge, breaking loose the upper 2/3's of the case. If the flutes get clogged, case friction will be such that the rifle may not be able to extract the case.
So buy something like a 45 caliber rifle brush, and clean out your chamber at the end of the day.
As long as the flutes are clean, this rifle will puke out most everything.

Works in mine. I have yet to find anything that the PTR won't eat. Chamber brush is a good idea for sure.

I ended up just ordering some south african surplus instead. They haven't charged my credit card yet, so I'm hoping that's just because they haven't processed it yet, and not because they're already sold out.

That works in mine too. Surprisingly it's a bit less accurate than the wolf in mine, but I'm not exactly sure why.
