Wolff springs question

I'm looking at the Wolff springs kit for my Mustang in the Brownells catalog and have a question. They have a "polished" kit and a "black" kit. Is there any difference in how the two preform? I think the polished kit is for a SS gun but not sure. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Also it's a 11 lb. spring, I've been told that I should get a 12lb. but I haven't seen a 12 lb. kit.

They most often list what the factory poundage springs are along with what they offer as replacements.. I've done alot of buying from them so they're safe to deal with.
