My better half!

OK, I'm game. Here's my better half. I lost my sks to Jana last spring! But that's OK. She gave me a Marlin 1895 XLR (45/70) for Christmas!

She out fishes me at times too!

The one time I took my wife to the shooting range, she got so bored that she literally fell asleep on a picnic table near the 100m range despite the centerfire rifles being fired.

It's OK though, I usually get really bored when I go to the horse barn with her.

What's cool is when a man who's into horses and guns marries a woman who's also into both. Nobody's bored and it's all good. Or at least that's my opinion. (We don't have a shrug emoticon.)

My gf thinks you have to shoot is 'style'. whatever that is. I've should have taken a couple of shots last weekend...she had on pink cammo shorts, a pink Beretta polo shirt, and a pink cap to match her shotgun.

You know what tickles me as much as seeing the girls with the guns?

It's the grins.

Look at those grins!

Hows's this for a grin? Katie's first trip to the range. She could bairly hold the little Bersa up, but she managed to put a few on the paper.

There are a couple of my wife in the other thread. I need to start remembering to carry the camera with me.

Mrs. K-Frame (in brown) and a friend practicing on paper targets in the N. Georgia mountains. Yeah, I know, she needs to work on her stance a bit with a little more forward lean. But she makes nice groups for someone who shoots maybe once a year!

Love the pics of the wife, you're a lucky man. Her next lesson needs to be keeping her finger off the trigger.

Wish I could get my wife to enjoy shooting. She does it begrudgingly because she understands the need for self defense. Kudos.

M60....time to come clean. you are (?) the poster of the safe in the forclosed house, yes?

those 'twins' look awfull familiar. post 37--3rd picture

Supra nice pictures and if I post a picture of my wife I'll be in real trouble and I kind of like my teeth like Neo-Luddite. So sorry no pictures of the better half, working on it though...... we'll see

Some of you guys need to teach your ladies to lower that elbow with their carbines

Alot of women need to work on leaning into the firearm, too. Makes it easier to manage, rather than what seems to be the standard "leaning back" pose most new women shooters take.
