Set targets at the range today at 10 yds , 50 feet, 25 yards, and 50 yards, and worked back and forth between them with .45 ACP 230 gr FMJ Blue Bullets, 9MM 125 gr RN Blue Bullets, and 9MM 115 Berry RN.

Anecdotally, using my Springfield-Armory Trophy Match with adjustable sights and my Cajunized CZ, both shoot beautifully. I was able to hold the target more accurately with my heavier .45. If I were doing an IDPA qualifier today, I’d rather use my .45.

I love my CZ, but it is harder to hold true. To me, it takes more learning to consistently place my finger at the right place on the pad of the finger, and more practice gripping.

With both I could put them consistently in the 8" circle except for 50 yards -- at 50 about 50 percent.

I have moved the CZ from 6 o’clock sight to in the middle of the bull. I was consistently shooting low.

Blue bullets were most consistent. Love ’em.
