Beware of the "LS" designation...
... it is often a marketing gimmick to try and rip you off, particularly on NIB guns. Not always, but beware, here are specs from the S&W webpage on the Model 60, followed by the 60LS. S&W lists them both with identical retail prices. Note that the only difference is that the 60LS has wood grips, weighs only 1 oz less (the grips, perhaps?), and often costs quite a bit more, depending on the dealer. For example, a NIB M60 locally sells for about $450.

And then there is the 642 and 642LS. Their specs are listed below. Note that the 642 is +P rated, even though it only says 38. The only difference between the two is that the LS apparently uses some titanium in its construction and has wood grips, however this only saves 1 oz. I've been to a shop outside my locale where they had a NIB 642 and a NIB 642LS sitting side-by-side. The 642 was listed for $379 and the LS for over $500
! Quite a premium for 1 oz and wood grips.

Again, not all dealers mark the LS models up like this. Just be careful and check the price before you buy.
$525 sounds a little steep to me. Wood grips may cost a little more, but I wouldn't pay more than $475.
