XDS 9mm holster and night sight advice?

I decided on a bi-tone Springfield XDs 9mm. I'll be picking it up this Saturday. I haven't carried very much before. Can anybody recommend a IWB and/or a pocket holster?

Also, all my handguns have tru-dots. It looks like Meprolight doesn't have a specific model for the XDS. Does anybody know if they have a different set that will work? Or can anybody recommend a different night sight set for the XDS?

My XDs45 fits fine in my Glock 26 Crossbreed holster. The 9mm should fit the Glock holsters also.

Hidden Hybrid Holsters makes a real nice IWB holster also. The nice part is they put belt cuts into the leather also, so it can be worn OWB as well. Two carry systems, one holster, decent price, though they have gone up quite a bit.

Galco makes a nice all leather pocket holster, though the XDs is a tad large for pocket carry in general. I prefer the IWB carry rig.

Also, I had a custom leather pocket holster made. That joker is HUGE for a pocket pistol! It really only works in bib overalls. Too large to draw from any other pants pockets (including cargos, jeans, khakis)
