Does anyone have these and how do you like them? I know they are for close range only. I would like to know if the size of them would interfere with fitting into the holster. Glock 19 with a Don Hume 721 OT holster. Thanks

After shooting a friend's glock with the Big Dot, I ordered up the "standard" dot for my XD. I like the standard size a LOT better and the holsters fit much better with zero hang up.

I've put the XS with the bigger size dot on my self defense handguns. It clears my Bladtech holster just fine. It didn't clear the Blackhawk holster though. I like them on defense guns and do feel as if I can get on target quicker. I haven't been able to shoot as accurately with them but still very decent groups that are more than acceptable for home defense. I tried a few other sights before settling on the XS and I have plan to stick with them on the pistols.

I use them and they are very very fast for me and I have used various types. Nothing beats them for close range speed with combat accuracy.

+1
My exact experience. If I had to do it all over again, I would still go w the XS big dot sights. It did take me a while to get used to them. I think it's more of a mental head thing than anything else.

Just the thing for IPSC Limited Class shooting. Fast. And just as accurate as need be, with a little training. I originally used the 'standard' bead, but now that I'm getting a little older (feeble?), considering changing to the big golf ball up front.

In any event, I swear by the things over any other three-dot system. And to the OP, holster hangups not an issue.
