Xtreme bullets seem to have gone the same way as powder and primers at Cabelas. Not available online. It must be a recent change because I've been ordering them online pretty recently. They allow online orders for Berry's, Hornady, Sierra and others though. I hope the availability is better in store than powder and primers have been.

I buy mine direct from xtreme. Their shipping isn't expensive and if you sign up for their news letter they run sales and specials pretty often. Normally it's cheaper getting them direct from them. I don't know if they offer it right now. But at one time your first order from them shipped for free.

A month ago I ordered two thousand 158gr RNFP direct from Xtreme With free shipping during a "pop up" sale. I'll wait for free shipping since I'm good for a while.

Yeah when did this happen? I noticed they had fewer and fewer calibers available recently but didn’t know time was up, guess they were liquidating stock.

I bought many many extremes from them because of free shipping and/or ship to store.
I'll have to check the shelves next time. Maybe they're stocking them now so they don't have ship.

Shipping to me for 1K is $29 & $40 for 2K which is still cheaper than Cabelas w/"free shipping" since Cabelas price is $64 vs $50 Xtreme price. $204+40 shipping+tax(Xtreme) vs $256+tax(cabelas) All irrelevant if Cabelas doesn't ship them anymore.

Not running down Xtreme bullets. I've used a few thousand over the years, and they worked well. But there are other options, if you're open to that. Rocky Mountain Reloading, for example, has better prices, shipping is free, and they don't charge sales tax. Adds up to quite a bit of savings.

I use Xtreme bullets also for certain loads in .357 but I have found many other companies are cheaper than they are.
But they were the only ones selling plated SWCs for .357 mag and I do like those bullets.
Xtreme kept stock on some things when the shortage was at it's worst but they were always the most expensive also. Probably why they still had stock.

Yes, they’re are fine outfit and I’ve bought 9mm from them in the past, but I also load .45ACP and they just don’t have what I want.

Right now for example, they only have 230gr RN FMJ and prices are .18 per (not a bargain, but free shipping is a good thing.)

Extreme has 9 different flavors of plated .45ACP in stock right now. Yes they’re plated, not FMJ, but if I want to load 200 SWC, Extreme is the only choice between the two. (And not infrequently, Extreme runs free shipping specials.)

So like most things, it all depends.
