Your choice-NAA mini revolver or Keltec P32?

I’m a novice and I would like to ask some questions concerning the use of small guns whose responses may help 38snapcap.
In SD domain there are few issues :
1) Your agressor is afraid by your gun (whether he has got a gun, a knife or nothing) and he gives up. I think none of NAA or Kel Tec is OK for that.
2) You have to fire to stop the agressor. In that case to really stop the agressor rushing on you only by wounding him, the minimum is said to be 9 para shot in a short-medium sized barrel (for example a KAHR K9).
3) Otherwise you have to shoot him in the head at short distance (unless you’re a marksman) and both of NAA or Kel Tec I think can do the job (you may confirm that).
Even more if the agressor is armed you are obliged to shoot first and really stop him, no other issue.
Q1 : I just wonder which are the legal issues if you kill a bare hand man or a man with a knife (of course I know that’s better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6) ?
Q2 : How much training and how much self-control is necessary to go into option 3 ?

Thanks

Stark

Somewhere on these forums we have an account by a South African of a shootout in which he used a NAA revolver in .22 Mag. Although he won the shootout, the revolver blew up in his hand -- apparently because the basepin came loose.

I'd go with the Kel-Tec.

You did not actually say you were going to buy one or the other, Snapcaps but your original post sounded like that was the case. If you are going to buy one of your choices, why not consider the P3AT which is nearly the same physical size as the P32 and a decent upgrade in potential ? Yeah, I knowm .380 ammo is tough to come by but lots of places are starting to get some stock, especially online.

Just my 2 cents, but if limited to only your 2 choices, the P-32 is what I would choose.

Kel-Tec P-32.

Small enough to pocket carry in a holster. I'm carrying mine in my back pocket.

Accurate enough for me to pass my state's required shooting test. The qualification course consists of 25 rounds total, 10 rounds at seven yards and 15 rounds at three yards.

Large enough caliber to take my state's required shooting test. Per state concealed carry act "An applicant shall not be licensed unless he demonstrates, at a minimum, his ability to use a handgun of .32 caliber." Where I live, you can't get a concealed carry permit with only a .22 handgun.

Well, I own a Kel Tec P11 that never ever fails. I dont need to read about it. So, that's what I carry. .32 ain't much more'n .22 IMHO. I have a mini revolver, but really prefer not to carry it. I think my next carry is going to be a Ruger LCP to fill in the size niche. A P3AT would be fine, I just want the Ruger. I would prefer to carry .380 to .32. .32 has never pulled my strings as being an effective round and, really, I much prefer my 9 or .38 to .380, but would carry the .380 on rare occasion that the slightly larger guns aren't an option. That almost never is the case, but I'd just like to have an LCP anyway. :D

My mini rides in an off pocket a lot, but never as the primary. It's a neat little gun, could bail me out of a jam, never know, and I carry it in my weak side pocket so that if I'm in a tussle and my right arm is tied up, I have an extra option. .22 ain't much, but shoved in an ear, it can get the guy's attention.
