I should also mention my little brother has a Mint Mossberg Bolt Action 16ga. with the C-lect a choke. He took it the first time he shot sporting clays, only for the first couple of rounds did he take any ribbing. It apparently fits him extremely well.

I have 3 favorite 16 gauges. A Remington 1100 with a 26 inch IC and 28 inch modified choke barrel set, a Winchester Model 12, and a double barrel. The double barrel was brought back from Europe in WWII by an uncle. It has Belgian proof marks. It is a hammer double and I reload brass black powder shells for its thin barrels.. All these favorites are used for dove hunting. The problem is deciding which one to use.
