Yugo Surplus x39 ammo?

I've been seeing alot of this stuff online and its not at a bad price(In this ammo crazed market)...1,120 rounds for $255. Whats everyones thoughts on this ammo? Its 123gr brass cased ammo...I know its corrosive but it doesnt bother me because I have some of that chinese steel core corrosive ammo and as long as I clean it good it doesn't bother me one bit...But what I guess I'm asking has anyone used this stuff before? And is it accurate?

The only bad thing is that it's corrosive...it's good ammo as far as suplus ammo goes.

The way some folks carry on about 'corrosive ammo', they make it out as if it's the same as pouring industrial acid down your barrel.

It is not.

"Corrosive ammo" is called such because the primers contain metal salts that if left on your gun will attract moisture and cause rust. Left too long, and you get pits (or worse).

It's not corrosive like acid.

Hot soapy water - worked for decades for the black powder boys (black powder residue is far more detrimental to leave in your gun than the leavin's from the modern stuff).

You'll see mention of using "windex" at the range. There is no secret ingredient in windex, it's the dihydrogen monoxide in it that does the trick.

Blast away. Clean with hot water , easy fix. No mess.
