If anyone here is wondering whatever happened to Z-Cast bullets, well I am sorry to inform that our founder James Zeigler passed away early last year. James and I had discussed my handling the business before and now that is what has happened with cooperation from his family. It has taken longer to move and repair machines than anticipated, and we are presently moving slow but we ARE in production again. We would like to find as many of the previous Z-Cast customers as possible. Please spread the word. The prices will remain very low as this was James's way of doing business. He had a recipe for quality bullets cheap. He showed me how and that's what we are doing. There will be a new website soon, www.JacobEagle.com but for now simply write to request an order to [email protected] or call 928-707-1354 between 9am and 1PM Arizona (MST) time. We hope to hear from all of you very soon. Thanx for your patience, and remember James and the wife and herd of kids he left behind. R.I.P.

Prices on JacobEagle seem pretty competitive, are they accurate?

I didn't shoot any if their bullets but they did have a good reputation. If you need a new vendor and they keep the old way of doing business you will like them.

Accurate prices

Prices on JacobEagle seem pretty competitive, are they accurate?

Yes, those prices are about 2 years old now and will likely go up slightly in the future, but for the time being they are the current prices. In the near future you will be able to order directly from the website as well. Thanx for looking.

45 ACP 200gr SWC.

Yep, you observe correctly. We don't have them at the moment. The old molds were in bad shape. But since you are about the 100th person to ask we are absolutely going to get them in the near future. We will be adding a few calibers this Summer and that one is on the list. If we can work it out, it will be here before Summer. Most likely in the next few weeks. Also will be adding 44-40, possibly 45 Colt 300 grain, possibly 45-70 405 grain, and certainly the 45 ACP 200 grain SWC. There will be others added as we get caught up with inventory. If there are any other requests please let us know. We want to eventually be able to fill everyone's order. Thanx for all the response ya'll.

I wonder if you guys will have 170gr 30-30 bullets as this is what I shoot as well as 250gr 45 colt rnfp bullets i have never ordered from ya'll but would be interested? plus i hope its not a long wait to get them? thanks!

30-30 for anyone ???

Midland Man, We carry the Colt 250 gr. now. I hear that Z-Cast had a bit of a reputation for long delivery times. We are going to try to change that. The website right now predicts a 6-8 week delivery time just because we just re-opened and are still building inventory, but we are closing that gap fairly fast. Pretty soon they should be getting there within a week or so. Thanx for the suggestion about the 30-30. Anyone else interested in 30-30 please let me hear about it. I look forward to getting our first order from you sir.
Sellersm (SP?) Glad to hear from one of James's old customers. Thanx for the Good Luck wishes. We are gonna try to keep up James standards.

No Lube No Size ?

I don't see why not. You mean you want bullets straight out of the mold I assume ? What calibers would you like to see like this ?

38-40

Sorry for being gone recently, but it was tax time and it's killin me. Back now. Looks like I have inherited one 38-40 mold and could probably get some made in the reasonably near future. Anything else listed on the website I guess I could make without sizing or lubing as well.

I've used a bunch of Zcast 45Colt 200g RNFP. Great bullet, and always had great service.

More Bullets !!!

We are building our stock still, our delivery time has shortened from 6-8 weeks down to 4-6 weeks. And we have recently acquired molds for 45 Colt 300 grain FP, 44-40 200 grain, and 45-70 405 grain. However at this point the 45-70 bullets are dropping at about 420 grains. Our 45-70 has 3 lube grooves instead of one for those who like a well lubricated chamber. The 45 ACP 200 grain semi wad cutters are in the works but not here yet, as well as the 147 grain 9mm FP. Hope this helps ! Thanx for the orders and encouragement so far !

Website !

The new website is www.jacobeagle.com where Z-Cast bullets and a few other shooting and reloading products will be available. We are not able to order directly from the website yet but will be very soon. Website is still a little under construction but almost there.:banghead: For now just order thru the E-mail [email protected] or call 928-707-1354.:)
Next question, yes we are working as we speak on getting 41 magnum molds. To my surprise a great many people have been asking for this.

P.S. For the moment the new website address has to be typed into the address bar. Google and all those guys haven't picked it up yet. OR.....you can go to the OLD website www.zcastbulletz.com and then click on the home or main page and it will take you directly to the new website.

Look ! Our first online review ! Thanx Roger !

41 caliber choices ???

Well let's hear from the audience.....there are presently 2 41 cal. molds available for our machines. (1) 225 grain round nose flat point, and (2) 215 grain Semi Wad Cutter. Would anyone like to give me an idea which you would prefer to see first available ?

Thank You,
Rock N Roll !

So glad to hear the business is up and running again, I hope it all goes well. I have bought z-cast bullets before and will again.
