I haven't heard anything about these particular rifles, but Zastava has been making very good Mauser actions and barrels for a long time, since before World War Two. I have one of their .308s made in the late 1970s, set into an English stock and marketed in the U.S. as a "Mark X", and it's a great gun.
These are the same guns that were imported by Remington as the 798, and before that by Charles Daly, and Interarms before that. A well made commercial Mauser 98, the finish tends to be a little rough though.
