I agree with bmwguy. You can develop a good target load using 700X or whatever and the recoil will not beat you to death. Good Luck. Hank

700 X is a good light target load for .44 Special reloads. Buying brass should not be a problem. You will have to do extra cleaning on in the cylinders. Good luck and have fun.
