Beretta Px4 storm mag question.

The lower desc is a typo in my opinion.

The .40 has a 14 rnd capacity, which is what I think they did.

The 9 by default is 17, but they offer 10 rounders and 15 for various states.

Out of stock, but you can save some money if you get the MDS mags which are actually still made by Beretta (it is a subsidary).

Some googling may find you a site that has them in stock.

I own both a 9mm PX4 and a 92FS and I found that the "MDS" marked mags for Beretta are cheaper than Beretta factory marked mags and work just as good as the factory marked ones (most of my Beretta mags are the MDS marked ones and have had no problems with them at all). Just like a lot of people use Mecgar marked mags for their CZs and Sigs since they are cheaper than CZ and Sig factory marked mags and are just as dependable/reliable/durable as the factory mags. Here is a link to CDNN with the 15rd 9mm PX4 MDS marked mags (only $19.95 each) that would work great for you (they also carry MDS 9mm PX4 mags in 17rd and 20rd capacity, but like you said, 15 rounds is your state's limit). Hope this helps.
