Well, the AWB is almost done. Except of course for those of us who live in states that ban them (like my own state of NJ). Now maybe we can work on getting those state laws overturned.
I personally have no desire for an assault weapon, I can't think of a single thing I could do with one that I couldn't do with a weapon that gets under the wire. Even if the NJ ban were lifted I probably wouldn't go out and buy one. I just don't like being told I can't have one.
Then again, if the NJ ban were lifted I might buy one just because I could.
