Excellent Customer Service at Smith & Wesson

For years now my daughter has been wanting a Smith & Wesson M & P with a pink backstrap like Julie Golob's. I was recently able to acquire a normal one for her that I will give her on her next birthday. Today I called Smith & Wesson to buy a backstrap for it that I would have Duracoated. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Smith & Wesson had the pink back straps available, and I was ecstatic when they sent it to me for free. I thought that was really great and not something they had to do.

They are great with customer service at S&W. I've called them on several occasions over the past several decades and always have had a pleasant, professional experience.

Some of those employees or 4th and even 5th generation in Springfield,MA and are mighty proud of it. I hope it's a tradition that can last for at least another 160 years.
