Hi-Power vs. CZ-75B?

Don't add the SFS hammer.

That dilutes the gun. The single action, hammer back is an old classic design that hasn't failed (on a large scale) in 70+ years. Don't fiddle with an old design.

I still have the mag disconnect on mine (for several reasons) and the trigger is pretty horrible. There's about 1 cm of trigger slack I can pull that does nothing until I get to the actual engangment.

Another BHP vote here. I've owned & sold/traded my one CZ-75. I've kept all 3 Hi-Powers. My favorite BHP started as a Mk III .40 S&W is now a custom .357 Sig model with KKM barrel, C&S 1911 style ambi safety, matched forged C&S hammer & sear, C&S reduced-effort transfer bar, C&S target trigger, Pachmyer extended slide release & Navidrex thin-line, checkered, black Micarta grips.

The problem now is...I've got so much $ in the (wonderful) thing that I spend more time carrying a GLOCK G19. But you just don't hear too many people being mad that they bought a Hi-Power.
