walmart selling federal hst

To get back to the OP's original question, I have not seen Federal HST .45ACP at WalMart, but I haven't been looking there. My LGS does stock Federal HST .45ACP, at $27.99 plus tax for 20 rounds!

I don't have all the details but if I recall, Walmart just set up a new sales-marketing agreement with Federal or Freedom Group/ATK/Cerebus(or whatever the firm calls itself this week ).
