More accurately, I have an assembly problem. The disassembly was easy. It is the putting back together that I am having trouble with :)

My problem is with the trigger group. The trigger and the spring have come apart and I can't get them back into the receiver separately. I can't even seem to remember exactly how they came out of the gun. Does anyone have any advice or link to show how to put the trigger back together? Also, my trigger looks different than what I have seen in the manuals. Instead of a coiled spring, my spring is just a straight piece of metal. I'll try and get some photos up.

Two things spring (pun intended) to mind...

1) Don't bother trying to put the trigger and leaf spring (#49) (which is the old style spring, not the newer coil type) back in as one unit, put the trigger assembly in first, then hook the prongs on the spring to the stirrup (#26), align the leaf spring, and screw in the retaining screw (#50). Getting the whole thing in as a unit takes like 5 hands.

2) When aligning and screwing in the leaf spring screw, don't confuse the screw hole for the leaf spring (#50) with the screw hole that holds the stock on (#28)... don't ask me how I learned this.

Good luck!
