Missouri Lawmakers Ignore Bloomberg, Send Permitless Carry to Governor’s Desk
Will Missouri be the 10th state to go permit-less carry? If they can achieve an veto override (like West Virginia did), it may be a possibility.
The Brietbart article says the legislation passed the Senate 24 to 8 and it passed the House by a huge amount, 114-36. There is a possibility with that wide of a margin (according to the article) that there might be an veto override if Governor Jay Nixon vetoes it.
As you might suspect, Bloomberg and company. Most notably "Everytown for Gun Safety" are running a campaign against the legislation according to Breitbart.

"On May 13 Missouri lawmakers ignored the campaign blitz by Michael Bloomberg-funded Everytown for Gun Safety and sent permitless concealed carry to Govenor Jay Nixon’s (D) desk."
