Those were obviously meant for me, that is my kind of problem, every year I come up with the unusual or never
heard of firearms problems. I don' t own any Ruger revolvers but no doubt those two were meant for me.
Glad to hear Ruger has good Customer Support, that is important to serious gun owners. Not so serious gun owners
that don't shoot their firearms, may not even know they have a problem with it, or don't care enough to get the
firearm sent back to be fixed if they don't care about it.
Looking back at MYSELF, lets say back in the 1970's I owned a revolver that came new where if sighted in, the rear sight wouldn't adjust to center
target & looked ridiculous with the rear sight solid against one side, but MINI ME was to stupid to send it back.
Most good gun mfg will fix their product if defective, & I have sent my share back believe me, plus a few recalls.
