Not really compatible here, since select fire is no more expensive than semi-auto but for NFA a uniquely American perversion.

Excepting that:
- any PDW in 9mm, with a folding stock, 3-position FCG, irons, and a light. An MP5 or a Sig MPX would do, just for giggles.
- a nice Tikka in .375 H&H or a 7mm cross-canyon cartridge, for reaching way out there.

Remember, the Swedes are subjects, not citizens. They have no recognized right to keep and bear; this is just an alternative to ice fishing for them.

I would get a Carl Gustaf M/45 submachine gun and any money leftover would go to a handgun (probably a Browning Hi-Power or an HK VP9), and all the 9mm. ammo and magazines I can find.

If I can't have concealed carry in Sweden (wherever) I want to be transported back.

With the liquor and beer prices in Sweden I would spend all the money on alcoholic beverages. Beer sold in regular stores is watered down below 3.5%, real alcohol is sold in bolaget or systemet, government liquor stores.

because sweden is one of the few countries that didn't go down the "covid 19" rabbit hole. you can actually shoot and go hunting there.

i would buy a swedish mauser, a glock 30 and use the rest for buying ammo.

What am/can I do with them once we are there?

Yeah, I'm struggling with this because if I'm looking for something specific, I can usually find a better than MSRP price. Or something out of production that has to be used in order to find it.
How about transferring the 11 grand to my PayPal account (I'll pay the fees), then I'll follow up with a post of what I bought, complete with pics and range reports.

You can have six hunting weapons plus clay shooting shotguns, target rifles pistols and revolvers. So your gun cabinet could have well over a dozen guns in it. My LGS has many thousands of guns in stock and 250 tons of ammo. I bought 5000 CCI .22 a couple of weeks ago. Shortage of ammo? Whats that all about?
All my neighbors have guns and not one has a gun for self defense. We tend to feel safe in our own homes. For those that don't want to come to Sweden, well we won't miss you.
We have fantastic countryside with virtually not scrap or litter. The tightest moose population in the world and we can hunt all legal game with a dog. Most towns have a rifle range that is neat and tidy. I understand that many in the US are not.
We have a health service that is very good and free at point of use.
Every year there is a ranking of the best places to live in the world and If its not Australia then its Scandinavia that tops the list. Whilst you may say to yourselves that the US is the best place on earth to live. Keep telling your self that it may come true one day.

Sweden is one of the few places on this earth that I would consider leaving home for. To visit. That's more than I can say for the vast majority of the good ol' USA. But, it's kinda like watching sports nowadays. I can see it in HD from my living room. Don't have to worry about parking, leaving my gun at home or in the car, drunk fans being idiotic, or long lines for food or restrooms. Haven't been to a game in years.
