Okay. So mailing it back to FM didn't work. So maybe there is another way to salvage it. What specifically do you mean by ejection issues? Are the rounds extracting from the chamber but not ejecting? Is the bolt not coming back enough? What is going on when you pull the trigger?
If it won't work, you may just have to sell it/trade it for something else. And just wash your hands of the issue.

There are times when the spent brass will be "stuck" to the bolt. It will cycle to chamber the next round & bam a mess. I drop mag, clear the gun & start over.
Then there are times when I straight up get a FTF. When it fires, it fires fine.
Bolt goes back all the way.
