Anything better than Pager Pal?

A quality IWB holster works superbly, if you can pull off an un-tucked camp shirt and slacks.
I'd pocket carry before going to the "deep concealment" setups, but I don't have to, because IWB is so easy.

There are the "holster under-shirt" options, if you must wear a tucked-in shirt all the time.

The De Santis "Tuck This" II works quite well. It is easily hidden and the cant is adjustable. With low-profile grips, it's very hard to spot. If you were to put a cell phone on your belt in front of it you would never see it.

Go to a junk store and buy a real pager and use it. Thats want I did .

You can also just order the cell phone pouch by itself and use it with just about any IWB holster with the traditional metal belt clip.

ETA: for the Pretender holster, I discovered that my pistol conceals much better if it's canted forward about 30 degrees. I sent the holster back for them to re-sew the tucking flap with the 30 degree cant. If this is something you'd like done, call them up and ask them to do it before they ship it to you.

Far far better is the SmartCarry. Not quite as quick a draw as solid IWB/OWB but I'd bet as good as PagerPal and very easy to conceal in almost any clothes.

+1. It is going to be tough to not alter your wardrobe somewhat in order to carry anything meaningful. While I have deep J-hook IWB holsters to allow a tucked in shirt, I still wear tails out when carrying that way. At work, I pocket carry either a J-Frame smith or a G-27 depending on the type of pants I have on that day because I must keep a dress shirt, tie & slacks or suit @ work, so pocket is it for me. On the weekends & evenings out, I carry big IWB; XDm, CZ 85, 1911 under an un-tucked shirt.

Allow me to amend my prior endorsement of the SmartCarry. This is precisely one of its strengths. It's pretty discreet with anything from gym shorts to a 2-piece suit, scrubs, trendy jeans (if they're really tight it could be a problem but then you're, ahem, bumping up against comfort anyhow). You can easily carry a midsize auto no matter how small or thin you are.

If you're carrying a snubby, pocket carry also makes tons of sense and is quite fast. It is trivial to have a firing grip on your gun and still look casual.

I'll second the Smart Carry, they are a great, versatile holster, that you will always wear. They are not as slow as you might think to access, and you can easily get to the gun with just one hand. As was mentioned, they work well with pretty much anything you wear, even shorts without a shirt.

I had the Pager Pal back when they first came out, and we were still actually carrying pagers. It sucked big time! I broke the fake pager the first time I tried it, and then I broke mine soon after practicing with it. It was uncomfortable to wear, and did a piss poor job of hiding even the smallest guns.

If you can slide your hand down your pants without to much trouble, thats how fast it is. The gun sits just below the belt line, so its not like you have to fish around for it. It only requires one hand to access too.

Clothing isnt really an issue, as you tuck the front of your shirt (if your wearing one) behind the Smart Carry and the gun comes up in front of the shirt. You tuck the shirt over the Smart Carry in the back, so it conceals it should it ride up (mine doesnt or hasnt) when you bend over.

You can also draw fairly easy while seated. You may have to lift you butt slightly, but again, if you can slip your hand down the front of your pants, your gun is right there. As far as the seat belt goes, I'd just release the belt.

The urinal isnt a problem. I wear my holster slightly to the side anyway, so it doesnt interfere at all. You can also access the gun through your fly. Seated isnt a problem either, just slide the holster up out of the way.

I've used my Smart Carry's with a SIG P239 (about the same size as the G19), a P230, and a Seecamp. With the clothes I normally wear (Carhartt type work pants) and my lifestyle, the Seecamp is the most comfortable and practical. If you wear looser, or lighter, or pleated type pants, the larger guns are easier. I use mine mainly as a back up, and still carry a full size pistol in an IWB holster.

Almost everything is better than one of these...

drjoker, why the resistance to carrying IWB?

The "pager pal" and "thunderwear" may offer concealment, but your draw is hampered from any position other than standing.
The "safepacker " is obviously a pistol carrier to anyone who knows guns ... basically, if your IWB might be spotted, the safepacker will be spotted, just like a large/heavy fanny pack.
Of all the options listed, the "pretender" seems like the best, particularly because you can use it with a quality tuckable IWB holster.
Did you look into undershirt and belly band holsters at all? Here's an example of an undershirt type, and here's an example of a belly band.

I personally carry Appendix-IWB (Glock 26, Ehud tuckable holster). I put my REAL cellphone over the exposed J-hooks on my holster. Concealment is quite simple if you think about it for a bit.
