Very nice and mobile.

Out of curiosity, I wonder how something like that but made with Trex or similar decking would work? I know it would pricier, but wouldn't splinter, warp, or crack. Now you have me thinking about doing something similar.

Good job.

Great design, looks nice and sturdy. Personally, I've got a few stands using PVC pipe that only cost about $10 each but to each his own! Good shooting

Nice! Easy, light, and inexpensive. The only drawback I can see is that a flyer might take out one of the parts, but if that's a worry, then you could just bring spares. Also, you may want a way to sandbag it in windy weather.

I always thought it was a no-no, to incorporate metals; in a paper target stand. The stand itself looks great! Just wondering, any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Looks nice.

I made mine out of PVC and incorporated removeable legs. I drilled holes in the legs and use tent pegs to hold it down on gusty days. The whole shebang weighs less than one 2 x 4...LOL...I keep a joint of pipe and some unions around to piece in a new section for the occasional stray round that hits it.

Probably happen. I will take some extra target holding boards. They slide out so it wont be a big deal.

Not sure. But I did try to make it with the less amount of metal.

The saw horse brackets should be off to the sides enough not to get hit.And if they do I think it would go threw the are only made of a thin gage metal.

Got some wood screws in it but they are also off to the sides. The upper section is slide together

Geeze, I hope not, my whole stand is metal. Thick, heavy metal. I like your design, Rudy. Looks nice and portable.

How does it break down? As in, how big is it all packed up?

In this pic. 5 feet long 16 inches high 7 inches wide.Longer target holder boards can be added to have a hang over for hanging stuff like cans from a string

I know I got some rimfire, self resetting targets. Made out of 100% steel. I actually welded some of my own steel plate, targeting systems. I'll post a pick for you guys. I got a 22cal bullet trap, I use at home; its great for punching paper. Sometimes I'll put my old wet catalogs in it, to catch the rounds. Its quieter than lead hitting steel. The stand I commented on is great. I need to make me one. Later people.
