No Saiga's are the Russian ones, FA Cugir is Romanian.So its a siaga right?...
but saiga could only wish they could import them to that configuration
Saiga's=0=SAD
robg, you have to remember any ak type firearm imported to the U.S has certain restrictions depending on country of origin, seems russia imported ak based type firearms can only enter as hunting type you know the one with the ugly hunting stock and no pg and non traditional hg, as for the cugir factory they enter our country as close to a true type akm style rifle,
thank god for the currently imported cugir ak type variants, without them i would never own thes types, at a descent price, umm for saiga well take a look
Thanks to 922r no rifles from any country can be imported into the US if they are not in "sporter configuration" this includes Russia and Romania. The rifles are put together here in the US in compliance with 922r which means they can't have more than 10 foreign made parts so on an AK pattern rifle this means the 6 US parts are needed out of the 16 total.
To the best of my knowledge the 922r compliance parts on the M10-762 are:
1: Stock
2: Pistol Grip
3: Forend
4: Trigger group (3 parts)
5: Muzzle Break
cause my mini draco holds the mags nice and snug
