I picked up a 6 cavity for this bullet a few weeks ago. I am finding I really really like it.

Shoots great out of my .38 stuff including my M92 Rossi lever action.

Plus as a bonus. It shoots lights out from my Taurus .380 auto.

So you get 3 bullets for the lead of 2 others. And you get Multiple caliber use.

Win win win. :D

I almost bought the 105, but I went with the 125 and have wished on several occasions that I had gone with the 105 even though I am completely satisfied with how the 125 performs...the 105 just uses less Pb.

I could not make up my mind when I was ordering. So I ordered both the 105 and 125, and I like them both. But the 105 is just to versatile not to have.

Before I started casting my own. I had given up on the light bullets. The ones you buy retail are very hard cast. 23bn and such, I had a hard time getting them to fly right. Way to hard for the light loads used to push them.

Softening them up to around 10 or 12bn is the cats meow.

The 105 SWC is a great 380 ACP bullet. I used it for a long time until I stopped casting bullets. I still have the casting gear though.

I believe I still have a few left stashed somewhere in my reloading room.

I got a two banger version of this mold a few weeks ago. It casts good, but I havent had a chance to work up any loads. I tried them in my lone wolf 9mm barrel for my Glock23, but I had to seat them so deep that they wouldnt feed. I also tried them in my Ruger P95 and it looks promising. The Ruger had a long leade and I can seat them longer. I haven't tried them in 38 special or .380 yet.

Just cast a bunch up and will try them out in my 9MM/.38SP/.380 soooonnnn....

It's nice to get around 65 slugs per pound.
I've got the little 102gr rn Lee also. I use it in the same things/guns as the 105.

Does anyone try to make minor pf with this bullet weight in 9mm? You would have to push it to 1200 or so. I like the idea of 15lbs per k, but, would want to practice with what I shoot in IDPA. Its not like I go to any serious matches or have ever had my ammo chrono'd, but, I will make minor in the spirit of the rules.
