I personally would love one of those. Better yet if it came in .357. That's why I'd like to see it. What do those have? A 4 or 5 round rotary magazine right>

Which Ruger 44 Magnum carbine? They made this one which I have had a few of, and then there was the Model 77/44 bolt action rotary magazine rifle. There was also the Ruger Model 96/44 lever gun.

Never-mind the keyboard nannies Queen, just enjoy that carbine. I have one also, an older one with the factory peep/aperture rear sight. Its gonna be my reloading project after deployment (very soon)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel your pain, the army did 2 root canals on me prior to deployment, the flight over to the "stan" was horrendous. Seems they forgot about the infection under the root in the gum line, some very nice flight attendants found many pain relievers for me and that helped.

Root canal! Consider your slack cut, generously. That's as good a reason to get a little loaded as any I can think of. Is your .44 a bolt, or one of the old deerfield semis? (They're on my list of things Ruger needs to bring back.) Not sure where TexPat308 is... Texas is a big place, and some parts of it are real flat/ open. Me, I live in the Hill Country... gee, what would I do with a heavy, big-bore, 150yd carbine? ANYTHING... nice.

So which carbine was it? Over the years Ruger made 3 rifles chambered for the .44 Magnum.
