I just applied for mine, and was wondering what the dealer discount would be for the Hornady LNL AP. I'm trying to decide if I should exercise patience (hard), and wait until my application is processed, or go ahead and buy it right now.

Thanks.

Watch out for Midway "C&R discounts".

I have two Midway accounts because I often find that their special prices don't apply if you log in with their "dealer pricing" and other promotions such as promotional discounts on shipping get nullified if you are a "dealer". Too bad that their software doesn't simply choose the "best pricing available" and apply it. Several times, I've given up and just go over to Graf and Sons, put up with slightly higher prices, but make it up with their $5 handling and free shipping.

Thanks - anybody know what Graf's prices are for the LNL AP w/ discount?

Midway has the LNL on sale right now for $394.99 if I'm not mistaken.

Edit: yep, just checked the ads that they sent me, $394.99. Plus you get 500 bullets (you pay shipping) for buying a press because of their "Get Loaded" promotion.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the info. I think I may sit tight until the license comes in.

Are you gonna stop shooting till then? Point I'm trying to make is, Waiting a month to save $20 is moot if you pay $30 more during the same time for factory ammo. Friend I shoot sporting clays with missed the sale a few months back on a shotshell reloading press he has set his sights on. He's waiting till it goes on sale again to buy it. It's not a substantial savings, maybe $35. In the meantime he continues to buy a 100 round pack of factory shotshells every week for Wednesday night league. Or, the nights he forgets to stop at wallyworld, he ends up payin' thru the nose for a coupla boxes in the clubhouse. I keep tellin' him, he's payin' a dime to save a nickle.

buck - I've already got a press, I'm just looking to upgrade. The only hurry that I'm in is my own antsy-ness, which is pretty strong right now.
