I will tell everyone to carry what works for them. That doesn't mean that tiny guns are more effective than bigger guns. If someone chooses to carry a tiny gun, first of all, it's your keyster, not mine. Second of all, these are EXPERT guns. They are harder to hold, and the smaller sight radius means they are harder to shoot accurately. The smaller rounds make getting good hits even more critical.
So I'll come out and say it. If you are worrying about primers going stale, you aren't practicing enough. RF ammo isn't so expensive that you can't afford to practice with it and rotate it regularly. Defensive shooting is a perishable skill, and if you're worried about primers dying, you need to shoot it a LOT more than you are. If it's a backup/emergency gun, you need to be even BETTER with it, because when you need it, everything else has already gone wrong.
