    10mm club

Nice guns guys! I definitely gotta pick up another 10mm or two one of these days. Here's my G20:

    Another Data Point: 10.5 months

Grats! I found Plated Sub 22 at Midway and PSA last week. Stocking up myself for when my Sparrow gets here. Just keep an eye on 'em; they come in stock every now and then.

what percent of your guns are modified?

All of mine are modified in some way, either by myself, by the gun's previous owners, by my local gun-smiths, or by sending them back to the manufacturer for factory work. I would guess that around 80% of mine haven't had the manufacturer's warrantees voided at this point.

    Which suppressor for an HK45CT?

Well, I haven't gotten to try it out yet, but I recently made a similar decision as OP, and I went with an Osprey 45. Mostly because of the form factor and the fact that I won't have to change out the sights on all my guns. My primary host will be my USP 45, but it should work on just about all...

Why Arent 9mm Revolvers More Popular?

Why aren't 9mm revolvers more common? Same reason 357-Mag auto's aren't common. Because the 9x19-Para round is made to feed from a magazine into an auto/semi. There are better rounds for firing from a revolver. No need to re-invent the wheel for most people.

    Remington 10mm long slide?

This would be sweet! Would seriously consider if its price is in-line with other Remington 1911's.

    Video Review: Warlock2 suppressor

Looks like fun! I just got my first 22 can ordered a couple days ago - can't wait to try it out! Will be a month or more before it'll be at my dealer and I can try it out. Many months past that before I can take it home. I am now fighting the urge to go pick up more 22 guns so I can try them...

Can 9x18mmMakarov Guns Fill the Void Between .380 & 9mm?

I've never shot Makarov, but I always thought 9x18 and .380 were the same thing. Didn't know there was a gap. I personally carry my 9mm most of the time, and .380 with summer wear that doesn't conceal anything else. I know the limitations of both rounds and train accordingly. I don't really...

    Barrel Length and Suppressors

Similar to this topic, does anyone know the minimum barrel length to suppress a 9mm? I have been looking for a threaded barrel to go on my Beretta PX4 Sub-Compact (3" barrel), and haven't had any luck yet. I've been wondering if the short barrel length is the reason, or if it should be ok to...

    Recent affinity for 10mm

10mm is a great round! Love my G20. And yes I really wish more manufacturers made them. If Sig started offering the P220 or similar in 10mm, I would jump on it immediately. I've been casually looking around for one of the EAA 10's, but no luck finding one locally to try out yet. One of these...

    Recommend a Can for 22

^^^Thanks for the link! That may seal the deal on Sparrow. Looks like they also have a great price on the Osprey45 which is the other one I'm planning to go for at this time. Good stuff!

    Recommend a Can for 22

Wow - I expected a bit more traffic on this one. Having to do my own leg-work now. :P After my brief research so far my top candidates are: Silencerco SS Sparrow (any good reason not to go with this one??) Liberty Kodiak TL (made in my home state of GA! Looks very similar to the Sparrow...

    Recommend a Can for 22

I’m looking to order a 22 suppressor next week. Still no idea what I want. I was originally hoping to get out the door for around $200 (plus the stamp), but after looking at a few with my FFL I'm finding that this price range will get me something with aluminum baffles that won’t last as long as...

Update on Proposed ATF Trust Regulation

That is good news indeed. I'm just now starting the process of getting my trust in place and making some orders. Glad to know the rug isn't being pulled out from under my feet in the next few months at least.

Actions open or closed in safe?

I always store them with the actions closed. Most of mine are semi's and I don't want to risk something bumping them and slamming them closed on empty chamber. I always clean 'em good before storing them, so the only thing running down into the action is oil that should be good for them anyways...
