I have one made in China with the exposed hammers not sure of the model (Big 5 special). Rough around the edges and not the best finish but solid construction. No problems. Shoots to point of aim, about 250rds of various slugs, buckshot and bird. ~Mike

Good advice.... thanks Oro. I also use an Uncle Mikes ankle holster from time to time for "formal events", I have tried about 6 ankle holsters and the cheapest one (uncle Mikes) is the best. I can wear it all day with out discomfort. I do take a 4'x3' piece of neoprene cut from an old knee...

Will do... Also I love the wood grips but they are so smooth. Anybody know if there is any treatment I can use to make them a little tacky?

I carry it in a Desantis pocket holster, speedloader is in the other pocket. I keep groups tight up to 10 yards.

Since I know a little about our local PD, I would ask who what station # they are, who the Captain and Lieutenant out of their area.

They will check up on your residency, if they don't catch you the first time they might on your renewal. The law is very specific about your residence and if you change residence you must notify them within 10 days. Don't lie....
