Red 9 rear sight’s top out at 500 meters, 30cal go to 800.

I’ve mounted red dots on revolvers before, but I got a good deal on scope, so I put it on MY Dan Wesson 8” model 715. My only complaint with the red dot is the 3-4 moa dot gets pretty big at 100 yds.

Love this 223 14” compensated Thompson Contender. Cheap to shoot! Also have a 357 Maximum barrel for an excuse to hand load.

Found it with a 44mag barrel, replaced It with a 357 maximum barrel. Best caliber EVER! In case you didn’t know….

WW II VINTAGE P38 serial numbers generally have 4 digit serial numbers. Every 10k, they'd add a letter suffix. It aids in dating the manufacture now.
