The Truth about Killing Part 2

What was the premise of the show? I didn't see all of part 1 and feel I missed something. To me, it seemed like he was proving that it's not easy to kill- but with proper training and effort, humans (in general) can do it- they just can't live with it.

The Truth about Killing Part 2

I saw this same show. Very interesting... Thought it was interesting how he pointed out that soldiers, after doing what we've trained them to do, don't need to come home to accusations and questions. They should come home to honor and glory.

    Why People Fear Guns

Boy was I surprised when I saw that article on the front page of foxnews.com. Oh how I hope for the day it would be front page on CNN, MSNBC or I'd even take ABCnews.

If you have nothing to hide, then why are you opposed to the Patriot Act.

Mature or not, I usually propose a situ such as a lonely business man or woman travelling and has nothing threatening to hide but perhaps doesn't want their stash of legal pornography found. Sure, it's not mature, but probably happens a lot. Basically there are millions of things that people...

Boycotting things French German and Russian

all this talk about foreign owned factories in the US makes me think just one thing- somewhere along the line enough people stopped buying American allowing for a foreign company to come in and produce here. How is that the concern of people wishing to Boycott? To me, that argument sounds a...

    a Meat bullet?

Why does my girlfriend watch CSI? I'm doing some reading here on THR and she's watching CSI where they've determined a person was fatally shot with a "meat bullet" that would disintegrate/absorb into the body. Come on.... that's just silly. Everyone knows Pork would be better. Do you...

Boycotting things French German and Russian

Best of luck on your boycott... it's not nearly as easy as avoiding BMW, Puegot, and HK. For Example: Jameson Irish Whiskey (or Bushmills) is Irish, right? WRONG. they are French owned. See for yourself. Channel surfing and see a good ole American flick like "Delta Force" on USA...

I prefer a hard case, but the ones I have don't fit in my crappy little car without putting the back seat down.

    definition of "arms?"

If it were up to me (especially with all the taxes I already pay) I'd go to the nearest military fort and train on everything I could get my hands on. I'd probably never use one of my own guns or play golf again, cuz I'd be out driving Abrams, flying Blackhawks, and shooting 50 cal machine...

    definition of "arms?"

I can answer "no" to at least one of those questions Blackhawk asked when talking about a BB gun (other than the first). Sure, a BB gun won't turn my town into a BBQ, and the only "continuing danger it would have would be my lawnmower running over it. That being said, at what point do we start...

    Your favorite rifle and why?

That's easy- Springfield Armory M1A "Loaded" with synthetic stock. It's very accurate, absolutely reliable (knock on wood). Shoots a readily available NATO caliber, simple to dissamble and clean. Just wish Hi cap mags weren't so expensive for it.

Do You See Yourself With More Than a Dozen Guns?

when asked how many guns he owned, an assistant to Sen. Phil Gramm said "Like most gun owners, he owns more guns than he needs, but less guns than he wants."
