I gave up my class 1 FFL, March 1995, so hopefully it won't be an issue.

One of the questions they asked on the app was: Have you ever held an FFL before. It said a YES answer could be a reason to deny a C&R license. Anyone know why?:(

I just sent in my app as well. How long does it generally take to get the license back fron ATF? I had a class 1 FFL until the laws were dramatically changed, I gave it up March 1995.
