Anti senator is now after Due Process & the 5th ammendment

To think that James Madison and many others didn't want a Bill of Rights, because they thought enumerating the rights would cause unmentioned rights to be unprotected.

It's a good thing Elbridge Gerry, George Mason, Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson pushed hard enough to get the Bill of Rights amended to the Constitution.

Imagine where we be today if there were no Bill of Rights.

This is totally outrageous and far more dangerous than any of the idiotic remarks Trump is alleged to have made that are given 24/7 coverage by the in-the-tank for the Democrats media. Why are they silent on this?

Edit: Just heard a news item, gun sales have spiked upwards, the people are speaking, will the politicians listen? The more they talk "gun control" the more guns end up "on the street". Talk about unintended consequences!

We don't need rights as long as we're willing to allow our betters to govern us as they see fit. Get with the program already...

I have said many times, the Bill of Rights is a set. Break one Amendment and you break them all. The tactics used to gut the 2nd Amendment will work against all the rest.
