I'm assuming you have uploaded your picture to an image hosting website? If so, select the link that starts with "https://" and ends with ".jpg/.png" or whatever file extension the picture is in. Then, paste it into the message section and wrap "
" after the file extension.

So it should look something like this (remove the spaces between the letters of course):

[I M G]https://www.churchmotiongraphics.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/IndianHeadTestPattern16x9.png[/I M G]

My intention was to put up pics of the base, a couple of ring heights, bolt clearance, ocular bell size and the finished rifle. I don't know what the hell I'm doing but at least I got one pic up(4times).

Let's try it another way.

Click Go Advanced button right bottom under the posting window.

Now, you will see more icons above the posting window.

Click on the Paper Clip.
A new window will open called Manage your Attachments.

There are 4 Chose File buttons.
Click the first one and pick the picture you want to use on your hard drive.

Then click Upload.

Back in your post, put the curser where you want the picture.
Click the paper clip again.
You will see image.jpg.

Click it and the picture off your computer drive is in your post.

Welsh I didn't actually have a question. I wanted to show (not show off) to anyone interested the parts I got and how it fit on the rifle. I just got the parts yesterday and was wondering abt the fitment/height/clearance until I finally put it together. I bought 3 sets of rings to try also. I will try again to change pic and I opologize as I can surf on the computer/ipad but that's about all of my computer talent. image.jpg1_zpsyweefr0h.jpg

From left to right: utg qd low profile, vism low profile, unknown low profile.
I know I'm a cheapo but I had to buy budget rings. Now that I know how low I can go, I can get different rings if they don't hold zero. The utg and vism are beefy(Chinese beef) I would think they would hold zero. The one I ended up using I'm not so sure of.

It's the lowest height but I'm questioning the clamping sheet metal part.

What I didn't like about the base is it didn't come with the wrench to tighten the 8 set screws. I had one hiding in a tool box. Another big thing is that the bare base is too high to see irons. I'm sol if the scope fails in the field. The scope is a mueller multi shot for shotguns I think.

Anyone using rings like the one I'm using? Is this for air guns since it has sheet metal for clamping? Or do they use that type for rim/center fire too?

I have 2 CZs that are scoped, one uses factory rings the other a picatinny rail and Weaver rings. If you're worried about scope clearence you can get a new bolt handle that's designed to clear the objective bell from CZ.

It's mounted now. It fits with about 1/4 inch clearance. Unfortunately, I just found out the new scope is defective. I do now know that a scope with a 1.75 inch bell will clear the bolt. I have to look for a new scope.
