WiFI and target shooting.

My shooting buddy showed me his new toy today. A camera he sets up under his target that relays shot placement back to his cell phone or tablet. Darn thing not only records each shot on target but flashes it on screen until next shot placement, and he can recall hits in the order they were recorded. No more spotting scopes or walking down range to change targets. Good out to three hundred yards he thinks.

Well in this case the camera is a good three feet below and sitting close to the ground, a bit off to the side. But I expect some would find a way of putting a stray shot into it.
All my shooting these days is with cap and ball at 50 feet or less, splatter burst targets, no need for optics.
