I had a very big collection of balisongs but I sold a grail to get a bunch of rifles with it.

I also traded a bunch of them off for a bunch of different guns and rifles.

I have a pen knife very much like the one you have pictured at the top of IMG_0337.JPG. I seem to recall it was made by I*X.L. George Wostenholm Knives, Sheffield, England.
 
The one you're referring to is a Remington UMC, below is a Bauer, then a Miller Bros and far right is a Humason&Beckley. The Bauer is German made the other three US made pre WWl

This was nearly 40 years ago as I had been looking for a Morseth Pilots/Survival knife or their Sleeve knife when I came across this Boot knife in the catalog put out by a private collector. He was selling off part of his collection and the Boot knife quickly caught my eye. At the time it was very affordable and in perfect condition. Definitely one of my favorites!
