Best commercial 1x fired 45acp brass.

I am in the camp that saves the RP brass for lead or coated lead loading as I do not have to adjust my taper crimp die to make it work. YMMV

I never had a problem with RP , because it is thinner everything goes smoothly , haven't any split cases or loose primers . I'm shooting 230gr FMJ's .451 my brass sizes down to .468 with RP brass is .010 think and Federal is .011 Giving .003 neck tension on RP and .005 on Federal , both have enough grip . I didn't know that Remington brass isn't designed to be reloaded , I will check into that . Thank You .

Remington used to sell new brass. I guess they expected you to load it one and leave it?

I do not use RP, I have had neck tension problems in the past with jacketed bullets.

45ACP is one of those calibers that I always end up shooting lead so I have no neck tension issues with any brass.
