This thread is a prime example of how someone shares a very positive experience with Kimber and then all the haters come out saying "yeah but they use MIM" and "yeah but they're overpriced" and every other ridiculous excuse that holds absolutely zero factual validity except in their own mind. The haters are so predictable....
I had a Kimber Pro Carry II that needed to go back for a couple of issues back around 2004. They paid shipping both ways and got it back to me pretty quickly. The CS experience was excellent.

That could be. I’ve not had to use their repair service. I can see how poor customer service would sour someone’s opinion of the company though. That’s one reason why I will never own another Colt.
