Probably this'un here... $120.00, and I love it even though I usually hate sporterized C & Rs. (I guess that makes it a guilty pleasure ;) ) It's a 1919 Carl Gustaf Swede Mauser with a ~17-18" barrel that's been perfectly (AFAICT) re-crowned. :)

I gave $250 for my CZ75B used just last month.

I once bought a Llama 45 for $209 new, shot it a bit for 5 years, and traded it and $30 for a customized Norinco 1911.

I went into a Pawn n' Gun in Hickory, NC some time ~ 98 looking for nothing in general and saw a Kahr K9 with the unbelievable price tag of $199 . I knew it couldn't be right but I asked the older guy working the counter if that was the tag for it and he gave me a gruff " well that's what it says isn't it ? " that ordinarily would have sent me packing but instead had me going to straight to the register ! I have to assume that there was either a big screwup and it was mismarked / mistaken for another gun or if since they were relatively new and uncommon at the time , they might've thought it was just some junk gun . I really don't care coz I got a Kahr for $212 :neener:

A couple of years ago I bought a 1995 7 1/2" FA 454 FG with Leupold eer scope and base, rcbs 454 dies, 200 empty brass.....$975

Winchester 94 made in 1954 in almost mint shape for $200. Blue book says about $500:

How About Free?

Greeting's All-

While I've gotten many "good deals" on firearms; last week
I got the deal of a lifetime. As I stated in another thread, a
very dear friend of mine (and fellow THR) member gave me
a NIB WWII Springfield "GI" MIL-SPEC .45 ACP. It arrived
at my dealer last Thursday; whereas I took possession of
it. Got a chance to shoot it a little bit on Saturday (7/3),
and I'm here to tell you this gun is awesome.

Just goes to show you that there still are some mighty fine
persons left in this old world! Sorry, but out of respect I
will not divulge this gentlemans idenity; but he is a well
respected member here, as well as other forums.

Best Wishes,
Ala Dan, N.R.A. Life Member

In 1972 I bought a Weatherby Patrician 12 gauge pump for around $150. In 1977 I traded it for an 1865 Spencer with a Stabler Cutoff. Today the Weatherby is probably still worth about $150. The Spencer is worth $2200.

Mine

It was two good deals for me...I got a H&K USPf in .40 S&W for $200.

Also, it got me to discuss guns seriously with my then girlfriend before making her my fiance and wife.
